Amazon Customer: Very strong and well made. Plenty of key fobs & space for about 30 keys. Screws supplies not really suitable- so my handyman used his own much longer ones. Really handy having a key to over-ride if the batteries go flat. Would buy again.

rlbrandner: Needed a secure key vault for work. looked at a lot of them and chose this one. It is far more solid than most. Not gonna dent without a major effort. Sturdy lock, sturdy construction. It's not gonna stop a professional thief, but my dad always said that the only thing locks do is keep honest people honest. It does allow me to keep keys organized and keeps those keys more secure than sitting on a ring in my desk. A good choice for anyone that wants good quality at an agreeable price.

Timothy Madsen: Easy to install , easy to operate, easy to clean, and easy to access keys inside. I use this to hold all our extra keys for vehicles, doors, small locks, and outbuildings, which amounts to many sets of keys. There are hooks inside to hold a variety of different sized keys as well as room for multiple keys for the same lock. Not a huge drawback, but the lower set of hooks hold best shorter length keys while the upper hooks can better accommodate longer keys.

KENKEN: I have lots of rentals and a few cars so therefore lots of keys. This box is exactly what I needed. Plenty of space and hooks to organize all my keys with room to grow. I like the option of the combination lock although I don't think I really need it as I have it hanging inside my locked garage. Very nice item - highly recommend if you are like me with 30-40+ keys you need organized. In the past I have used the cheap stick-on strips and they fell off with too many keys. Spend the time and money and mount this to a wall and you will be very glad you did - I know I am.

I had a few complaints but they weren't worth the effort to send the whole thing back.

One complaint is that all the pins in the lock to open the box I received are the exact same length. Normally a lock has pins of different lengths in each position. The combination of pin lengths and positions are what would differentiate one key and lock pair from another. In this case, I suspect that the manufacturer for the locks on these boxes cheaped out and used all the same pin lengths to save money. I would liken it to using 0000 as a password (OK, maybe more like 3333 but still bad). If you intend to rely on the lock to keep people out, be prepared to replace the lock if the one you receive is similarly neutered. The lock is a standard cabinet style lock and is fairly easy to replace.

My other minor complaint is that the adhesive on the little number stickers they include doesn't stay stuck to the box. Within a day, mine were already falling off. I put scotch tape over them all and that seems to be holding though.
