nancy of Moline: spring to tighten these on your head could be a bit stronger. Will have to get another pair next season due to looseness on head from spring inside muff needing to be stronger

Marcy Norwood: Great quality. However they fit a little wierd and would slide down, but I figured out if I wear them under my hair or over a knitted hat they stay put perfectly. Overall I'm happy with this purchase. They kept my ears nice and warm and were pretty comfortable.

Kindle Customer kathi: I hate complaining reviews. I have completed this review 3 times before this so here goes. I was expecting soft fleece ear muffs. When I opened them they were soft fleece on the inside. The outside was a leather like material. I looked back to everything I had read before hitting the order button. Nothing indicated anything but fleece. They may be fine but I don't really like the fake leather look. Since you asked 4 times I've completed it again.
