Ron: This product worked great on fleas, and it was really easy to administer.
In about 24hrs it had dried completely on their skin.
Would recommend to keep fleas and ticks off your cats.

A.K.: This works better if also using a chewable flea preventative, or a collar. But on it's own, not that great. I used this for indoor/outdoor cats and quickly ended up with an infestation. Also, the cats don't like the scent and oily residue. I will not be using Frontline again.

Kay: I'm caring for a close to 10 cats. Some I decided to rescue as they were indoor kitties before they were "lost". This year after a rather warm winter, there are so many ticks on the outdoor cats I cared for. I read that cats aren't prone to lyme diseased like dogs would so I never thought of using tick prevent on them. This year it's just so bad seeing so many ticks on the poor cats around their eye lids and ears. The cats are at arms length most of time so I can't easily pull the ticks. I can squeeze these on them while they eat. First, I got Petarmor but it didn't work. Funny it's the same active ingredients so why didn't it work??? I guess that's the other 70% inactive ingredients that made the difference?
I remember my vet mentioned this brand so I got it for them. It is pricey but within two days I no longer see ticks on any of them.

Kat: States tick control in picture - box that arrived was not tick control. This is flea control only.

Joe KhajiitJoe Khajiit: I love this stuff, its great and works fine...however it is very important to apply the product monthly as well as correctly.

I have thought for years with the Cats I have had, as well as have been told by several vets and vet techs over the years; that the correct way to apply this product is directly on the skin between the shoulder blades. And to be fair to most of the Vets whom have told me that, for the most part I was successful using that method of application. However, as time went on I found this way to apply Frontline more and more difficult as well as it always seem uncomfortable for the Cat.

You can use the space between your Cat's shoulder blades as a guide - BUT - the exact proper application spot is actually higher up - at the base of the skull (or as worded inside the package if your Frontline came with the proper instructions `at the base of the neck').

I was very pleasantly surprised that this method was not only much easier, but that there was also no wasted product...I was able to quickly and easily apply the product to each of our 3 cats. I also noticed right away two things. One, each Cat was pretty much comfortable...
