Kindle Customer: The product is actually very thick and comes with a smaller scoop that I’m used to. If you read the nutritionals, it is based off of two scoops. I calculated that I will probably with one scoop a day get 20 days out of this canister. I just wanted to give some frame of reference Before you purchase. The product looks and taste great, and is very thick as I said.

Jack1e: First time I mixed this with water and fruits and oh em gee.... It made me sick because of the chalky taste. BUT, second this used Oatmilk and it's better. Used a blender to mix in frozen fruits for a smoothie-esk drink. It's palatable now, but yeah, it took Oatmilk and yes, it's still chalky but the Oatmilk disguises some of that. Got Strawberry Shortcake. Next I will try Vanilla.

Pedro Ricarte: The formula itself is great, tastes good (not too overpowering on taste) and drives effective results.
Though the packaging is a waste of space and trying to be misleading. Clearly led by a marketing team looking on how to trick buyers to pick this from the shelf and not the next oprion. Package comes LITERALLY less than 1/3 full, and so huge full of air just to fool people to buy it. Pure case of form over function to drive sales, and then stays in your kitchen occupying much more space than what it needs to. Question here is: since I'm buying this online on Amazon, based on product nutrient specs and good reviews... Then why should I care about the BIG SIZE trying to trick me that product is more value for money? Being so huge is just causing waste of packaging cardboard, air transportation etc...
Finally: This is marketed as a "green/healthy conscious" product. but being green is also about preserving the earth and wasting resources.
Pls go and redo package 😉

Jen PJen P: Update: I tried a different shake see photo and it just doesn’t taste as good as Fit & Lean does. I also didn’t feel as satisfied hunger wise on the other product. I’m still supplementing at least one meal (breakfast) a day, but have stopped losing weight as fast. I also recently found out Im peri menopausal so that is probably why I gained weight last year and have plateaued on losing it this year, but still I am still very happy with the weight loss results and I can’t say enough about how good these shakes taste. Also compared to the other product I am actually less gassy on Fit & Lean. These shakes help me with the late afternoon energy crash and help me feel generally healthier vs eating food. I believe peri has increased inflammation and using this shake actually reduces my inflammation.

Update: I’ve lost 6 pounds now and feel great. I took a week off and went back on food and feel tired and heavy. I’m happy to be back on this shake. I love the chocolate flavor it curbs my cravings for sweets. The cookie one is too sweet for me. I am starting to crave more snacks again as the caffeine effects have wore down a bit. TANYATANYA: This chocolate flavor product taste good.I find it was a little grainy, but not an issue. I made it with peanut butter and banana with ice and water. 👍👍👍. I was disappointed in the fact that the product comes with almost half in it. Overall it's being helping me loose weight. I do feel full once consumed and I have being working out. Love the fact that it has all the nutrients and FIBRE.
