Madison Green: Very informative without being boring. Authors do a great job of breaking everything down while simultaneously keeping it interesting. Well written and left me feeling fully prepared to embark on the journey to become a first time home buyer

JWo: The homebuying process was so intimidating to me, there are so many steps and so many ways to go wrong and make costly mistakes!! So glad I read this book, it was an easy read and helped me feel more at ease with the big decisions I was making, and it was so helpful to be familiar with each step in the process. I closed on my first house a couple weeks ago, and I’ll be passing this book on to the next friend that is considering buying a house.

Joshua Michael Tadusz Squire: While I can say I haven’t yet bought a house, I can say I feel far more comfortable about doing it.. I have been renting for about 6 years now, mainly from the fear of buying a house the last couple of years.. this book broke the process down nicely, and in an easy to understand way.. don’t get me wrong there’s still a lot of research I have to do for when I buy a house next year, but this was a fantastic start.. The title says it all!

Alex Tsomaia: Must read for first time home buyers. It is very complete and straight to the point. The guys know what they are talking about and it’s clear in the way and the what they explain. They are professionals.

Dylan P: This book is definitely a need for anyone buying their first home. It really lays out all the information and steps going into buying a house so you at least have a general understanding of what’s going to happen. It brought up many things I had no clue to even think of. Plus, if you listen to there podcasts, you can really hear the way they talk and who wrote the sections. It makes for an enjoyable read
