We bought a blank sheet cake from our local grocery store and decorated it how we wanted using this little kit for our 3yr old's birthday. He loved it, and we loved how easy it was to put together. Definitely a win if you don't have the time or skill to make a themed cake from scratch. One tip: if you do a store bought cake like we did, wait until you're ready to serve before you stick the decorations in the cake, because you might not be able to snap the cake lid back on to transport the cake anywhere (the decorations may be too tall)

I would recommend this if you are trying to do a fire truck/ fire station cake on your own. The products arrived quickly and as expected. My son was happy with his cake.

Super cute set. Made me a little nervous due to a notification saying the shipping had been delayed. It told me it would be here anytime from the day before my little boy’s party to a few days after. Luckily it got here on time and was so cute! Definitely cheaply made but for cake toppers it did the job and looked perfect. I also bought sparklers since it’s almost 4th of July time and they looked adorable all lit up with the cake. (Until the wind blew everything out) My little boy, turning 3, loved his cake! The fire station insert even had a door that opens (kind of) and you can sneak a peek at a fire truck “parked” inside. Very cute! Glad I purchased this! My little boy saw the fire truck a day before his birthday and BEGGED to play and sleep with it to stay “brave.” He absolutely loved it and everyone at the party made plenty of “awww”s when they saw the cake.

The review is asking me to rate things such as how much fun or how educational this "toy" is. Just to be clear - this is not a toy. It is a cake topper. While the fire engine doesn't fall apart - I don't think I would hand it to a child under 3 to play with because it is not sturdy enough to be played with really. It's designed to be a cake topper and that is about it. It felt fragile when I held it but it looked great on the cake! Lots of pieces and our cake turned out adorable.
