スプレーした後、サスペンションを慣らして終わり。
スプレータイプなので手も汚れず、加減もしやすくて便利です。マウンテンバイカーは一つ持っておいた方がよいと思います。

I think the recommended manufacturer service time for forks is 50 hours of riding. When you think about how people can abuse a fork by letting the gunk build up, that probably makes sense. But I think my bike has 300 hours on it without fork maintenance. Season after season it holds air and continues to be smooth and responsive.
Before every ride, I dry wipe my stanchions first, apply this spray, give the shock a pump to push up the last ring of dirt, and then wipe clean.

Using suspension spray has dramatically increased the lifespan of shock and seatpost gaskets... and IMO increases the longevity of shocks between rebuilds. I love this stuff

Easy to use and great price compared to some other products. Use it to clean out my full suspension stanchion and dropper seals and as a lubrication. Very hard to find this product in bike stores better to just order it online
