Grandma in Illinois: I have hard water and after running dishes there is always white residue on glasses and plastic. These gel packs reduce the residue. Not sure if gel or works better with water but I am not complaining. I was getting to point of not using dishwasher.

Jennifer Lois: I decided to try this after reading all the good reviews. I'm not convinced that it's works as good as my former brand, but for the price, it works wonders. I rinse my dishes out before loading then, so I'm happy with how this cleaned. The orange scent was pleasant and it was well packaged to avoid any leakage of product during shipping. It's just an orange pack, whereas my previous brand was multi colored but overall it cleaned my dishes just fine.
