We have hard mineral water which tends to clog the jet sprays in the dishwasher. I use this product the first of every month. Does a fantastic job of cleaning all parts of the inside of my dishwasher and leaves a fresh clean scent. My dishes and glasses come out alot cleaner too.

In reading some of the reviews the complaint was the wax seal did not melt in order to allow the cleaner to come out into the dishwasher. You have to run the hot water in your kitchen sink in order to have hot water immediately in your dishwasher. This was also in my dishwasher instructions originally. When you do that it starts out with hot water to melt the small wax seal. My dishwasher now looks nice and white again and smells great. Definitely worth it to me!
