MJK: This filter was supposed to be one of the best from a Merv standpoint, but the reduced quality that you got for a reduced price was evident. I believe there was air bypassing the filter since we started to smell dust particles decomposing as they hit the hot furnace coils. I will have to give it a bit of thought before I get another set of these.
