Jaferaly Hooda: It doesn't perfectly clean everything out but it definitely helps and is better than scrubbing it yourself. Super easy to use so we just got a repeat order of it and use it every month or two.

Zwieback: I simply positioned the wax plug part of it in the lower rack over part of the heating element then ran it on the Sani-Rinse (extra heat) setting and pots and pans (for a longer wash cycle). It looked like brand new when done... and I'm sure it got a deep cleaning of the filter and inside the spray arms as well, though they can't be easily visually inspected. The product says to use every 3 months... which works well to set up on Amazon's subscription service. Then, when you get it shipped, it's time to do it again... without even thinking about it. How cool is that!

shangers: Works well. Meant for large dishwashers not the stupid half size like we have, and there is no way to use half a bottle that I’m aware of.

rwh: i’m in a rental and the dishwasher was very old and dirty. i took it apart and scrubbed every inch but there was still a bad smell, esp when it first started a clean cycle (smell came thru sink drain, and sometimes a dish or cup would smell)! so gross. finally discovered this product and ran it in an empty load on pots and pans and high heat cycle. when it finished, it smelled so fresh and there was a fizzing sound (kind of like when you put hydrogen peroxide on a skin cut and it bubbles to disinfect the germs). so i let the dishwasher sit empty for several hours until it stopped fizzing. then i ran another empty load to rinse. what unbelievable results!! dishes are so much cleaner, everything smells great, like a brand new dishwasher!! would absolutely recommend!!
