Mrs. S: I bought these as rewards for my daughter for potty training. She likes to get the cheap little prizes and figured this would help her. It did. They are just really cheap toys. She liked most of them but at the $20 price point, thought it was a little high. Maybe $10 at the most. If I was buying these for a party I would have returned them. But they worked for what I needed them too.
