J.M: Got this for my Chihuahua puppy I really like this style of harness it's really simple to put on him the Velcro is sufficient enough to hold it also has a safety clip that works great comes with a basic leash a nice little set up well worth the price.

TJP: Our small rescue has escaped from 3 different harnesses but not this one :) It's also easy on/easy off. he actually likes it so much he carries it around. I'm going to order 2 more in case they should be needed.
He is a 15Lb (feels like 25 :( ) rescue that had NO to no socialization in his first 15 or so months so he was quite afraid of everything including us. He's Ok with us now but still getting adjusted to other unfamiliar things like the lawn mower, strange cars, people etc. When something scares him is when he would escape and take off.
Do be aware this vest fit's smaller dogs and FOLLOW their sizing instructions
UPDATE: It has been a month and This HARNESS ROCKS!!!!

CherOCherO: Fits my 12 week old puppy well around neck and chest. After buying other harnesses that should have fit according to the size charts, and having them be WAY too big, I ended up going with this one. Per the chart, she should wear a size medium as her chest is 14 inches, (and she weighs 8 pounds). I went with the small based on previous experience with the others I tried. It fits great! Finally! And there's still room to grow another couple inches. The velcro works well, it clips in the back and has 2 D rings for extra security. The reflector tape is nice for our night time potty run. And I didn't need a leash but the fact that it came with one is a bonus. Can't speak to durability yet, but for now,
I believe when she outgrows this one, I'll buy it again.

No Name: Sizes are a bit off, sometimes too large, sometimes too small. But with that said, when you get the right size they are made well, sturdy, and great colors! My new preferred harness! The dogs are comfortable in these while walking and they don't pull and choke themselves.
