Carolyn A Long: It brightly lit up 1/4 of a 2 car high ceiling garage. We needed shop lights but needed new electric outlets for the shop lights. I bought 1 light to see how well they worked. I will buy 1 more because we have 2 fixtures and that should be enough. We may not even need shop lights!
Just plug in the 4 quarter lights to the main base and install the light the same way you in any other light bulb.
I did not see anything regarding motion detection in the description or in the details, so I am not sure if this model should have it, but we did not need it, so not a factor for us!
