I needed a fan that was understated so other fixtures in the room would be the center of attention and this fan is perfect. It’s very solidly made, silent and works great! As others mentioned there is a slight gap at the ceiling which could be improved, but it’s a minor detraction. Insulation was challenging. It’s difficult to fit the remote box and all the wires in such a small space, but once it’s up it’s worth the trouble.

Joyce M.: I had these installed on a houseboat where there was limited space. One in the dining room and one on the front deck. Because of the minimal wiring options we cannot use the fan separate from the light, and cannot use the remote. Darn!! They look great and seem to be of good quality.

Jeffrey D.: Found this fan as an Amazon warehouse deal that was shockingly low so I had to buy it for my first house. Overall the fan is great but for the retail price sticker I certainly wouldn’t bite again. There are two main issues:
1) The fan simply doesn’t look as nice and sleek and modern in person as it does in pictures. In person it’s not cheap looking but it looks like a matte plastic fan with no frills just kind of average whereas in the pictures it looks like an awesome modern showpiece.
2) WIRING THE SWITCH WAS HELL!!!! My house was built in the late 70s so dimmer switches or extra wires going to switches was not a thing. The place I put it had a light fixture before and the standard ground white and black wire. HOWEVER In order to wire the switch you need a ground a black a white and then another wire going directly to where the fan comes out of the ceiling. I thought no big deal I’ll go up in the attic run another wire down beside the old wire that attaches the switch to the box in the ceiling. I fought with that for two or three days and gave up... finally my dad the electrician came up with an idea to simply run a single wire from the white wire on a light...

NJ Night RiderNJ Night Rider: Nice curves AND , it goes quite nicely with the Kichler 6520 Passport wall sconce as shown in the photo (Room not completely finished) ... Yes, the fan has a 1/4" gap at ceiling interface ... see photo, but with the other horizontal lines of the fan it is "part of the design look"
Direction: Very Clear. Take the time to read and it it is very easy to install.
Electrical: This come with a wall switch (Fan/Light) that will require a 3 wire to the fan. (White - Neutral, Black - Fan motor, Red- Light) if you only have a 2 wire (White, Black) at the existing fan/light location, you will need to get a remote accessory or re wire the existing 2 wire to a new 3 wire.
NOTE: It comes in either 120 or 220 volt wiring ... Why anyone in the USA would want a ceiling fan on a 220 volt circuit that draws so little power I haven't a clue. READ before ordering and get the correct voltage.

Ddickens4321: After 1 year of summer only use, a blade broke off and flew against the house. This was installed on a covered porch, never exposed to direct rain or sunlight. It had been running smoothly with no vibration and was professionally installed. It just plain failed. Glad nobody got hurt because it did make a big dent in the exterior trim.
Update: Customer Service is sending a replacement set of blades at No Charge.
