FANHAO Garden Hose Nozzle Sprayer - The Perfect Tool for Watering Your Garden

Joshua Sarver: I have purchased 3 of these because it's one of the most robust sprayers I can find. The all metal construction holds up over time (unless you leave it out in freezing weather... ask me how I know) and spray angle is easy to adjust with the tip of the nozzle. I did have an issue with my latest order, the threads were a bit damaged and was unable to get the sprayer to thread onto the garden hose and seal, however customer service was very quick to respond and replaced the sprayer with no issues. Based on build quality and customer service, I would highly recommend.

Adrine: Shortly after I purchased this product, I noticed a leak from the top of the trigger section down onto my hand getting my shirt/pants wet slowly. I contacted their customer service email and requested a warranty replacement. They asked for some pictures, which I provided in a follow-up email. They immediately responded and shipped a new unit. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness in backing up their product.

I have yet to install the new hose sprayer but hope that this one does not have the same problem as the first one.

CodyT: I typically replace my garden hose nozzle every year. The plastic ones that I pickup from Lowes work, but aren't meant to last. Of course, they go out as soon as I need them. I decided to buy a new one that I hope will last at least more than one year. I read through multiple reviews and looked at 20 different versions of what looked like the same product with different brand names on them. I went with this one because it was the lowest price of the various products that look like this one...and it was on sale. It works great! It's completely metal/brass with a rubber gasket ring (and 2 replacement rings). I didn't need 9 different settings and this one is perfect. You twist it to go from jet spray to broad spray. The intensity of the spray reduces the more you open it up. It's perfect for what I needed!

Mr. J. P. Stevenson: I purchased one of these for my friend who has had many hose guns and none have stood the test of time.

It really is a solid spray gun, I got him the one where you use your thumb to adjust the water pressure, he loves it.

Around six months later for some unknown reason the thumb trigger came off spraying water everywhere.

I contacted FANHAO and spoke with Sophia (she has been exceptionally helpful) about the problem and they responded in less than 12 hours, requested proof of purchase and a few photos, after which they got back to me with confirmation of a replacement being posted directly to my friend who is very happy as this is the best spray gun he's had so far.

Every company can have a product that goes wrong, the real test is the afterservice, and FANHAO's is truly top notch.

Excellent all round service and products.

XYZ PhotographyXYZ Photography: Ho acquistato questo articolo nell'ormai lontano 2020. E' arrivato in una tipica confezione in cartone, molto minimale, all'interno di una busta in pluriball. Nella confezione era presente la sola pistola da giardino e nient'altro.

Complice l'intera realizzazione in metallo, la sensazione che la pistola regala è quella di un prodotto solido e ben realizzato, tanto piacevole al tatto quanto alla vista, per via di un felice matrimonio tra ottone e acciaio. L'intero corpo della pistola è monolitico, eccezion fatta per l'attacco e l'ugello, in ottone, e ovviamente il grilletto. Quest'ultimo è l'unica parte della pistola soggetta a un leggerissimo gioco, essendo fissato al corpo per mezzo di un perno cavo del diametro di circa 3 millimetri.

I primi due anni di utilizzo, molto intenso, soprattutto nel periodo estivo (per via della metratura generosa del mio giardino), la pistola ha funzionato senza incertezze e senza necessità di manutenzioni. Ovviamente non è stata maltrattata, né lasciata vittima delle condizioni metereologiche: la pistola dopo il suo utilizzo è sempre stata scollegata dal tubo, fatta sgocciolare l'acqua al suo interno, e riposta all'asciutto....
