Tommy EllisTommy Ellis: After doing my research and after using the colored pencils of the same brand I knew these were what I would use.

I am a professional artist in several styles, a Master in two and decided to take on colored pencil and pastels. I bought a small set of these to try and immediately knee it was safe to buy a larger set.

The price here is $60 lower than the art supply stores I normally buy from. Another bonus. I included my first try with these.

Adam V.: Most every kind of pencil that I have ever purchased from Faber-Castelle has been great quality and I've been very happy with. These pastel pencils are no exception. I have the set of 60, which provides plenty of colors for my needs. These pencils are well-made, and they have lots of pigmentation. They lay down smoothly and evenly and are not too hard. It's also not too hard to sharpen a good point on them without a lot of breakage. I like them!

Russ: My first set of Pastel pencils and I couldn't be happier. Definitely a learning curve to using them. I'm new to colouring, and wanted to try out different mediums to figure out what I like/dislike. So far have been enjoying pastels, although can be messy. They may be overkill for my current usecase. I'm just using them on pages out of my colouring book, haven't tried creating my own pieces yet. I find the thought of drawing my own an extremely daunting prospect.

FigolinoFigolino: Ich bin totaler Anfänger und wollte mich trotzdem mal ans zeichnen wagen.
Zuerst habe ich normale Buntstifte benutzt bis ich ein Video mit diesen Stiften hier gesehen habe und das unbedingt probieren wollte also habe ich mir direkt den großen Kasten gekauft und bereue es nicht.
Die große Farbauswahl ist super und auch wenn man hier sieht das ich noch ganz am anfang stehe bin ich begeistert denn so habe ich es vorher nie hinbekommen.
Die Stifte lassen sich super schichten und verwischen.
Einzig mit dem anspitzen hab ich etwas probleme, Anspitzer versagen sehr schnell und mit dem Messer bekomme ich sie nie ganz spitz.

José María: Bien por Amazon, llega el laque en el día señalado. Me gusta mucho la marca Faber Castell, tengo la caja de 120 colores de los Polychromos, por lo bien que me funcionan decidí comprar esta caja de 60 Pitt Pastel, tienen la dureza necesaria para poder dibujar detalles, una excelente pigmentación y una muy bonita y compensada gama de colores, aunque la caja venía toda precintada y bien protegida no le pongo la 5 estrella por la falta del color Gris Cálido IV ya que el 233 Gris Frío IV está repetido por lo que ahora me falta el 273 Gris Cálido IV. Es la primera vez que me sucede algo así con Faber Castell. Sin duda una gran marca Faber Castell.
