Michael RohaleyMichael Rohaley: I bought 2 for a couple projects that I was going to be cutting a lot of steel from 1/8 flat bars to 5/8 round bars. I completed both projects and haven't gone to the second wheel yet. I've probably made at least 50 cuts on the original wheel and it still cuts very efficiently. I would highly recommend. In the long run, they'll save money over conventional cut off wheels and are definitely safer because they don't break or chip.

John Gamba: Seriously though it’s a good product that works on grout and metal where recipro saws or grinders cant go.
I wish they made a fine saw blade type of this saw without going to the expensive carbide tip…

MCripps: I ordered this to cut stainless steel tiles. It cut through the thin gauge metal with ease, and shows no wear. I'm happy with this purchase and believe it will last. It seems to be very durable and won't come apart like the fiber cutoff disks.

John: I had only ever used diamond disks for stone, and didn't know of them for metal, so after using standard disks for years I decided to give one of these a try. They don't seem as fast as a normal disk, but they also don't seem as loud, and the best thing is the lack of dust generated from normal disks.

Das beste ist wirklich, dass man keinen Verlust des Durchmessers hat.

Ich habe jetzt ca 150 Schnitte gemacht (4mm Stahlstäbe)
Diamantschicht sieht nach wie vor wie neu aus, lediglich der rote Lack löst sich.

Aber warum ich nur 4 Sterne gebe :

Mit guten normalen 1mm Korundsscheiben, hat man mehr Schnittkraft. Das hatte mich etwas enttäuscht.

Funkenflug war nach wie vor mehr vorhanden als erwartet, aber weniger als mit normalen Scheiben.
