TechTeach: I bought three of these in the twin size for when my grandkids come. We have loved them and use them probably about three times a year is all. One of them stopped working as far as the pump goes and we couldn’t inflate it. I have had it for about a year and a half and knew it was not within Amazons return policy. I noticed a phone number printed if you needed help with the mattress. It was printed on the actual Mattress so I called the number and found out that they have a two-year warranty on all of their mattresses! They are sending me a brand new one and I don’t have to even send this one back. They were so kind on the phone and took care of it within just a few minutes. In the future if any of these go out after the warranty is over, I will still buy the same brand just because of this great experience with getting the replacement when needed.
