katia ferrokatia ferro: abbiamo acquistato questo prodotto basandoci sulle dimensioni e sul codice riportato dal venditore nel titolo e nella descrizione dopo aver guardato il nostro ovviamente , come da foto e sempre come da foto potrete notare cosa ci e' arrivato, il materiale è poco più' spesso della velina per alimenti e nulla ha a che fare minimamente con ciò' che loro riportano in foto, in poche parole ci hanno mandato un basculante per gatti ma non per errore perché' come ben si nota dalla foto con l'etichetta a parer loro il codice e le misure sono quelle del nostro prodotto originale. Va bene compatibile ma le misure...si vedono in foto, no comment, poiché' oltre il danno recatoci per restituire questo articolo arrivato non sbagliato , ma a parer mio 'quasi da truffa' , non esiste da Amazon nessun ritiro di reso, anzi devo recarmi presso un punto dhl che nel nostro caso dista svariati chilometri. Chiamato assistenza Amazon, ci hanno liquidato dicendo che noi avremmo accettato termini e condizioni per questo prodotto per quanto riguarda il reso, se volete appurare e farvi una risata in questo prodotto alla voce medesima vi apparirà' un bel cane con scritto che la pagina non esiste. LeighP: The title of this review says it all. I just have one recommendation: I am pretty resourceful, but I couldn’t manage to hold the flap while also putting the 6 screws in. Had to wait til my hubs was available to help be a second set of hands. That could be because I got a larger-sized flap. The smaller ones may be fine to install on your own. 🤷‍♀️ But the material is great. Very thick. The magnet is the perfect strength, IMO. Excellent quality item. All three of my dogs (1 large, 1 medium, and 1 small) go in and out with ease. If I hadn’t purchased it myself, I wouldn’t know it wasn’t the original name-brand item. 👍👍

sherric704: This fit my PetSafe pet door perfectly. I was apprehensive about ordering since other reviewers said they either had problems with fit or installation. I had neither. There are no replacement screws that come with it, and your old screws will probably need to be replaced so have some new ones on hand before you begin. We actually drilled out the holes just a little to accommodate the new screws. One tip I can give is to make sure to WD the old screws and let them sit for a bit before starting installation, it will make removing them much easier. Since this is a universal fit, I didn't take off any stars for new screws not being included, there's no way for the manufacture to know what size screw they would be replacing.

Zhivanna Ilievska: I purchased three Petsafe door flaps, each approximately lasted a yer...last one only 6 months... When i purchased this one I was not aware that is aftermarket product. I was surprised how much better it is though. it fits straight and does not get blown by the winds here in Canada. I strongly recommend it.
