ThanoaThanoa: I have a pretty large desk that serves as both my work and gaming hubs. I love this desk because it rises [which is nice to get your circulation going from working or gaming] and has great amount of space to let you add whatever you like to it and the desk not look cluttered. The only downside is that the entire desk is black and in need of bright pop of color. That is where this giant mouse/keyboard pad comes in to add that much needed coloring and at the same time add a great pad for all my gaming accessories as well. I could be happier with it. I have a motorized electric blower and vac to help blow any dust or debris off of it. I usually vacuum it at least once a week to keep it looking great and new. The price is amazingly fair for the quality you will get in return. My only recommendation to any person out there...try not to eat at your computer station and use spill proof containers for your liquids to keep you set up set and your pad clean. Byron Dodson: I love the pattern and that it fits in nicely on my oversized desk. Things to note... the black is not a deep black but more of a slightly faded looking black. I don't mind this because the deep black mats would show scuffs from rubbing your wrist or arms across the pad almost immediately making them look so dirty and awful. This doesn't have that problem. The black stitching around the border is deep black though so I'm sure this was intentional. Second and most importantly, this mat has that strong smell from a factory when you first open it so beware of that... I don't know if it's the ink or what... It took a couple days but it's gone. Maybe spray it with some febreeze or something to let it air out first. Overall though, I'm very happy with it so far. I've been only using it a couple weeks so I'll update if something changes.

Brianne Perna: So comfortable, sleek looking, and so easy to clean. Things just wipe off so easily and you could probably throw it in the wash. Price was amazing.

A. Person: I got the giga size, big enough to cover all but a sliver of my desk. Construction, feel, and durability are all top notch. I let my cat hang out on it and she hasn't caused any damage to it with her claws. My only problems are with the practicalities of the thing.
When you have big desk with three monitors, monitor stands, speakers, keyboard, mouse, usb hub, some audio equipment, and other assorted peripherals and doodads on your desk, getting this thing on or off is a real pain. Do you want to unplug every single thing on your desk and put it somewhere else or do you want to try to pick things up one by one and roll the mat out bit by bit under them(accidentally unplugging them anyway and having the cables fall under your desk along the way)? And then to clean this thing you either need a bathtub or driveway and a hose. My first time cleaning it there was a foot of snow outside so I had to use the bathtub, oh and I hope you have a pretty sturdy shower curtain rod to hold this thing up, its heavy enough when its dry and even more so when its waterlogged after cleaning. Letting it drip dry inside takes forever, it wouldn't be so bad if you could set it outside in the summer in...

denied_s: do you have doubt about this product? too inexpensive to be true? lol stop it, jus buy it.
I was having doubt even after reading some of the reviews, but was thinking worst case it'll jus be average quality, but to my surprise... this is a really thick good quality desk mat. I really wanted a 3xl one, and seems some of the available ones on the market are quite expensive. This one fits all my needs, very good quality product. The only thing i'd say is it smells a little bit (the new product kinda smell), but barely noticable to me personally, not as heavy as some other reviews suggested.

Amir J.: So, I'm writing this review after just receiving the pad yesterday, but the smell was so strong I had to discontinue using the mouse pad after one hour.

This is replacing an ASUS ROG Sheath mousepad that did not have this problem. Sure, it had a slight smell, but it was benign and quickly went away. After 24 hours of airing this pad out in another room it still smells and is not yet ready to use. Even after taking it out of the room I could still smell the mat on my desk and I had to wipe down all the surfaces it came into contact with. It's that strong.

"How bad could it be?" you ask. Well, I don't write many reviews and the fact that I took the time to write this should give you some idea.

This mouse pad... how do I describe it... Have you ever put a set of tires in your car overnight to get a tire swap done and when you get into the car you nearly gag from the tire smell? Well that's basically what this mat did to me. Or that rubber mat smell at a gym... that should give you an idea. Not pleasant at all! It smells toxic and practically gave me a headache.

At this point I'm going to give it more time to air out and see if there's anything I can safely...
