He is a naturally curious child, especially when it comes to animals, and this book has been a real game-changer. It is not just about identifying animals; it delves deep into the fascinating world of life on Earth.
Starting from the basics, like single-cell organisms such as viruses and bacteria, to the more complex creatures like zebras and kiwis, this book covers it all. It has sparked some intriguing questions from our son, like why an ostrich in one picture looks angry while another animal seems happy.
He was particularly taken by the kiwi, a flightless bird unique to New Zealand, because he was puzzled that it shares its name with a fruit, the edible berry of several species of woody vines in the genus Actinidia, also known as Chinese gooseberry. Explaining the differences between species, like centipedes and millipedes, also piqued his interest.

De todas las compras de juguetes y diversos articulos, comprar esta enciclopedia fue descubrir lo que lo mantiene atento, feliz y no encuentro palabras para describir la emoción que es escuchar a mi hijo hablarme y señalarme con emoción las imagenes. Compré ya dos veces este libro, pues ya nos ha acompañado hasta el Safari(la cebra es real en la foto) y mi hijo pasa horas buscando en la red más fotos de cada animalito que viene en su libro. Lo unico que me encantaría es que estuviera disponible tambien en Español.
