Natalie: I got this book (along with some hand-blown glass mushroom ornaments from a local shop) for my niece for Christmas. She is mushroom obsessed and LOVED the book. It is beautiful and a good reference book for artists. As far as education goes, probably not the most bang for your buck, but aesthetically wise, it's amazing!

Amazon Customer: I bought this book to cut apart for collages but when it got here I was SHOCKED. This book is so incredibly beautiful and such a quality book that I don't have the heart to cut into it. Not only are the pictures so vibrant and crisp but the but the content is educational and well formatted and perfect for the person looking to learn more about fungi, which I am! When I'm not using this book to learn about fungi I'm going to put this book on a shelf propped open to a page to enjoy the pictures.

This book has so much info.
In my oppion, I don't think you would be a sorry, if you did.
The one negative...it is so expensive, but one you get over the sticker price, well worth it.
