Skylar: This book has held a place in my family's hearts for 10+ years. It was my little brother's absolute favorite book. We read it so much that he had it memorized. It is an excellent book with an adorable story line as well as the opportunity for fun expressions. I recently remembered this book when I was shopping for a addition to a toddlers present and I am very excited to pass the book along to others.

Cinnamon Dickens: I was so excited to introduce my grandkids to this classic. I read it to the older three to get their “approval” for their youngest sister. Even though they thought we were reading a little kid book for their sister, they each loved it. Points for me for being a sneaky Granny! 😂

Amazon Customer: I read this book as a child, I've read it to my own children, and now, I'm reading it to my grandkids. Always made a big deal of turning the page, and turning the last page was the best. There's now a new book called, Another Monster at the end of this book. Read it and enjoy.

Mary: This was my favorite book when I was little. I know it off by heart. Use to bag to have it read to me. So seeing it on here I new I had to but it. Glad to see it's still as good as I remember and that my neices and nephews get to enjoy it ☺️

Erin: I had this book as a kid and I have good memories of it. Got it for my daughter and she really likes it, but she’s 2 so she needs help turning the pages. ( it can be interactive as Grover asks the reader to NOT turn the page, so you are tempted to keep turning pages. ) also some of the jokes are over her head ( at one point Grover comments on the reader’s strength.) but she understood more then I thought she would and keeps asking for the monster book. So it’s a hit even for a younger audience, but I think it would be perfect for like a 5 year old.
