Jay: We open , on average, 3 bottles a week. This has been going strong for 3+ years. Last week, it started being slow... then slower.. then stopped with the Tip on the screw in the cork (Just the Tip). Total lime of ownership 3 years and 11 month. Price increase in that time, X 3.

Curly in Kirkland: I’ve had this wine opener for many years and bought a new one a month ago! It never really sounded right when I tried to get a cork out like my old one! It stopped working yesterday! A month later! I tried opening 2 more bottles thinking the cork was dry but same thing happened yesterday! Yesterday was my last day to return it according to my order form!

I called the company and they are sending me a new one! Great customer service!

alex: I've had this wine bottle opener for 3 years and it still works great. Opens wine bottles so quickly and easily. What a great buy! I always hated opening wine bottles the old-fashioned way with a corkscrew and afraid of hurting myself with it. Well, this little thing has solved the problem. And it looks cool and stylish in the kitchen. Someone said theirs had not enough power. I'm surprised to hear that because mine has so much power and opens every single bottle beautifully. Again, have been using it for 3 years regularly and no problems so far. Plus the price is amazing too, only around $20 or so. I even gave this wine opener to 3 different people as a gift and they all loved it. It's a great gift as well.
