Karen Maxwell: I have purchased numerous boogie boards over the last 15 years. This board is the worst. Despite very limited use the first year, 2 or 3 times in a 3 month period, and 5 or 6 times this year, the board is coming apart (unglued) in numerous areas. This board was rated in the top 5 on one review - maybe in a kiddy pool with no waves.

Follow up to the review below. Surf and Snow Warehouse have gone to great lengths to address the manufacturing defect I described. They sent the following message, refunded the purchase, and sent a $10 credit towards my next purchase. They also sent a follow up email to make sure I saw everything. I have to say I'm impressed with Surf and Snow Warehouse's customer service and I believe they'll address manufacturing issues.
