JayWantsACat: Love this and Red Boat, but for slightly different reasons. I usually don't like added sugar to fish sauce but Three Crabs really strikes a nice balance. So, I love it was a dipping sauce. My bottle does say it's made in Hong Kong instead of Vietnam but that doesn't bother me. Red Boat is my other fave and it is made in Vietnam without any sugar added and I tend to cook with it (or Squid). Both are really good.
