Egadbookers: I really don’t care for spicy foods, but this pepper just give enough “zing” to accentuate your dish. I use it on veggies, eggs, and poultry. Great compliment to regular S&P. My kids love it on popcorn!

E. Fici: Every once in a while I run into a recipe calling for Alleppo Pepper Flakes. Very nice flavor & fairly mild heat. Used alot in Mediterranean dishes. Glad I got it.

Melynda S Inman: When my Dr. put me on the Mediterranean diet most recipes call for the same spices. Since I will be using these a lot and at this price point I took a chance. Beautifully sealed. easy to reseal, large amount of freshest of the fresh seasoning. I had never heard of Aleppo pepper but discovered it is wonderful on everything. If your used to crushed red pepper flakes these are more subtle with a beautiful Smokey flavor
