David T: Small surface area was a plus for me but dish is very deep.This was used for a small spider so I put a rock in the bottom to be on the safe side.Might not be really necessary but gave me piece of mind.PS our tap water is full of chemicals so I use Mt. Spring water with no additives.

CAT: I love the exo terra reptile products. This water dish is the perfect size for putting calcium in for my leopard geckos. I love the stone look, It helps with making the habitat look a bit more realistic. I have never had any problem with any exo terra item I have purchased.

Amazon Customer: I just bought my first gecko and I have been creating a nice environment for him. This is perfect in the tank as it matches the hides I have for Myo the gecko. I liked it so much I bought 2 more. 1 is for water, 1 is for worms and 1 will be for calcium powder. Meets Myo's needs and I like the way his tank looks.

Sherry: Great little dish for a mini habitat or vivarium with small critter. Blends in nice and no sharp edges. Liked it so much bought the small for my next vivarium. Tried three different brands and this was the best. Easy to clean. Nice it has a slope for getting in and out.
