Michael Way: This little gizmo is impressive. Olive oil was always expensive, but since COVID-19, has become more expensive and is often unavailable at Warehouse as well as grocery stores. I usually use what I want from my pour bottle, but often pour more oil than is needed. Now with Evo, I can spray precisely the quantity I want on chops, shrimp, lamb, chicken, and salmon or whatever. It coats your pan and/or whatever you’re doing evenly. It even makes a salad taste better as your greens will never be oily from over-saturation.

At first, I thought it was too expensive for a simple spray bottle. But then after careful examination, it’s just right. Why? The bottle is designed and colored to make your oil last longer because of the tinting. Sunlight can prematurely age some oils. The sprayer is way more robust than a standard sprayer along with the broader, clog-free tube that has a permanent curve reaching the bottom of the jar for every last drop before you “have” to refill. Sawboy: Been using this now for getting on a year. It's reliable, well made and cut my oil use down by 90% or more. It's not perfect and won't suit everyone. It needs a good firm press of the trigger to spray and keeping the nozzle 8-10 inches away from the pan offers me a broad area of coverage but it's not an aerosol-type spray, nowhere near that fine mist so if you're expecting that you might be disappointed. It comes with several rubber sleeves with names on like 'balsamic' and 'olive oil' and its own little filling funnel. It suits my needs well.

peter bristol: I received this plastic oil spray about a week ago all the way from America and I have used it every day since. I agree that it is rather expensive for a plastic item but it is very good at what it does. I bought this product after reading the reviews, some of which are unfavourable, and I was a little apprehensive. I have used it to spray on to food and into pans. It has not malfunctioned at all, and delivers a fine spray of oil every time. It appears flimsy because it is made of plastic, but I wonder if a glass product would be rather heavy and clumsy? I have no concerns about dropping the spray as it is quite likely to just bounce and absorb any impact, I suppose the designers took this into consideration. But..it is a good oil spray and I have no problems using it...I have not managed to spray oil on to my hob or into my eye, or any where else, except where I pointed it. It does not go over the kitchen cupboards, or the work surface unless you are extremely careless or inept. I have not seen this product on sale in England, and I suspect that this has added to the cost. Perhaps there is a gap in the market for an entrepreneur? I recommend this product.

Beelissa: I have had it with the Misto sprayers. I've purchased 4 of them in the past year and none of them still works. So I was looking for something that works differently.

So here's what's good about it: it works (at least, so far -- two of the Misto sprayers I purchased didn't work right out of the box). It has a nozzle that swivels -- you can spray or stream or turn it off.

Here's what's bad about it: The spray isn't as fine as the Misto. Not nearly. I sprayed it on crumb topping tonight and it moved some of the topping around -- it comes out with that much force. And it drips.

Something that could be good or bad, depending on your preference: It's HUGE! Take note, dear shopper, this thing holds 18 ounces of oil! I considered buying the two 8 ounce ones. I *would* have bought 1 8-ounce one for $15, but they didn't give me that option. I don't need 2 of these things, so paying $5 more for 2 small ones just doesn't make sense, especially since I didn't know if I would even like it. This thing takes up twice as much space on my counter as the Misto. I suppose I will be glad when I don't have to refill it as often, but I kind of wish this was 12 ounces. That seems...

Rob: The Evo oil trigger spay bottle is a real hit with me and I have purchased two sprayers. The spray head is the key element and puts out a uniform fan shaped spray. Now for some who want an aerosol spray the output of the spray head will be too much. That said I have tried several oil sprayers that have an aerosol like spray and each one I have experimented with clogs and requires frequent cleaning and maintenance. Moreover these spayers are pump-up sprayers. For me this was a non starter. I just fumbled into the Evo oil sprayer – it never clogs and over the several months I have used it never had to soak the spray head in warm soapy water, perfec, and no pumping, just pull the trigger. For me the quantity of oil the spray emits is just fine – and it is fun to use – The head produces a high velocity fan like spay of about two inches at about one foot distance. I am mostly a vegetarian and use it for both my vegetables and spinach and red cabbage lunch, spreading slightly diced spinach on a cutting board and spraying it with the Evo. I do this to obtain an even coating of oil on the spinach which is not possible while the spinach is in a serving bowl. Previously, no matter how...
