L. Ross: This monitor stand is both sturdy and practical. I've been using it a while now in my home office and am very pleased. Initially, I had my laptop sitting on top but now have a large monitor. The stand is incredibly sturdy and safe to to use. I also like having the two drawers to items I use regularly but need out on my desk readily available. The style of the stand is also great. The white metal mesh works well with my office decor.

Paula: This stand turned a plain old table into a useful desk. I use the divided drawer for pencils/pens/scissors, etc. and the bottom drawer for papers. It is just the right height to put my laptop on, and the open mesh prevents my laptop from getting too hot.

Karen G. Douds: I originally bought this riser to use on my office desk, but it would not work with the hutch/shelves that are over the desk. So I use it on my dining room table where I hook up my laptop to a regular monitor and keyboard for home use, and it puts the monitor at a comfortable eye level for me. I love the drawers, although I do have to move my keyboard out of the way if I want to open the bottom drawer, so I only use the bottom drawer for stuff that I don't need very often. The top drawer holds USB drives, phone charging cords, rubber stamps, pens, pencils, and other necessary supplies that would otherwise be spread on top of the table since it does not have its own drawers. The riser is also light enough that I can move it out of the way to use the table to eat on (twice a year). It is metal mesh, so it might not hold up to being tossed around or putting anything really heavy on top of it, but it works very well for what it is designed to be used for.

LP: There is no assembly. I'm perfectly happy with it. It really helps to elevate my monitor so I'm not always looking down but straight ahead.
