S'ajuste en hauteur simplement en ajustant la base à différentes hauteurs. Ma femme s'était fait faire un fauteuil ergonomique à sa mesure qui couta des milliers de dollars. Mais qui ne soulageait point ses douleurs au dos. Alors que celles-ci ont totalement disparues avec ce fauteuil qu'elle possède depuis quelques années. Avec ce fauteuil, je n'ai plus moi même maintenant à me préoccuper de songer à redresser ma posture. Ce fauteuil le fait pour moi. Vivement recommandé.

Kent Clark: Thos chair is built to last. It looks like a piece of furniture with its solid wood construction.
The problem is it's not built for an average size human body. I am a 5'9" male and I feel scrunched up in its largest, most open position. It puts too much pressure on my shins. After about 10 minutes, because of my discomfort, I need to get up and walk around.

dun geebo: Easy to assemble. Small wrench to tighten included. I’m over 6 ft. and I have the chair at it’s lowest setting so there’s lots of adjustment available I’m at a higher table. Or if you are a shorter person. My ankles do touch either side of the base but this is a minor irritation. Looks great. Takes up way less room and space than a regular chair. I’ve been able to sit in this chair longer than my previous high back chair. There’s not much pressure on the knees at all. The knees really just seem like for stability. The padding on the seat and knee rest are generous. Looks great. Feels great.

drcassiar: Feels solid and comfortable and easy to put together. Let down by poor instructions and the "spanner" provided to attach the wheels is laughable!

Packaging by Amazon could have been better, package arrived damaged and partly broken open, however the contents were fortunately complete and undamaged as packaging from Flash Furniture protected them.

OK: I'm a freelance writer and spend a LOT of time on my laptop. I wanted to find a chair for "active sitting" so I could take some pressure off my lower back. I don't have back problems, but I periodically spend SO much time sitting that I'd get uncomfortable after the first 4 hours or so of a long editing project.

I really like sitting/working on an exercise ball (seriously), but hubby over-ruled that idea for my kitchen workstation, simply because it was not quite Politically Correct and clashed with the furnishings : ) Plus, the cat likes to punch and chase the giant ball. He was right, as usual. This kneeling chair ended up being the PERFECT answer for me.

I had been using a very nice, expensive office secretarial chair, but always found myself sitting on the front edge of it, with my feet wrapped around its leg stand so I could keep my posture comfortably erect. When I saw photos of the kneeling chairs, I KNEW THIS was my answer. The only question was whether to go with wood or metal, rolling or not, which type of adjustment, etc.

Richard D. Saxton: This is an inexpensive kneeling chair. Most are much more expensive, so don't expect a $500 chair for less than $100.

Assembly:
It took me less than an hour to put it together. Although it is easy to assemble, the only instructions are pictures(no word instructions). If you have absolutely no mechanical ability, you should have someone else do it, although you could probably do it after some frustration. I recommend that you do not insert the screws until you figure out how it works. Just insert the tubes that allow the chair to stay upright. Once you have got it ready, then insert the screws, but dont' tighten them until you have all the screws in. Then tighten them. It is fairly easy, just expect it to take up to an hour. Putting on the rollers is optional.

Product:
It seems to be a bit rickety, but it does hold up. Perhaps it seems that way because I have a carpet. I am 5 feet 8 inches tall. It seems ok for me, but it you are much taller, you might not be happy with it, because it would be ackward to sit in.
