I purchased the 6 pack of cooling headbands for work for me and a few co workers...as we work 13 hour shifts in the Florida heat and it's starting to get hotter. They were 2 days later then delivery confirmed at pay out. Then when I opened the package I had only received 1...$16 for 1 headband. I contact support directly through their website..they asked for receipt confirmation...I provided ...it's been 2 days and still no response. Will update. As of now, a very displeased customer but hopeful they will make it right.

The thing is just a thin piece of airy cotton. There's nothing special about it to keep you cool. You can take any piece of cotton and wet it to get the same effect. Plus - I ordered a pack of six and got only one. Disappointing store and disappointing product. I returned it.
