We use it in our wilderness cabin and it’s as comfy as an ordinary bed. The built in pump runs off of electricity only, which may be a problem for some. I use a Milwaukee AC inverter on a Milwaukee battery to run it.

The bed fully inflates in a couple of minutes, tops. The actual plastic walls are pretty thick and can withstand normal abuse. The top is lined with a faux velvet material that helps shield from the heat or cold. As when the air inside the mattress heats or gets cold, so do you.

Jennifer: Have used this for 2 years off and on when I sleep over at my elderly mother’s apartment. Everything about it is perfect. Easy to store, inflates in seconds, has never ever lost air over night, easy to deflate and store the cord and roll up. It’s a generous height so it is easy to get up and down from it. Soft velour on one side and contoured sleep surface is very comfortable. Only down side (which I think must be true for all air mattresses) is that sleeping on a layer of air can be a bit chilly. I recommend putting a blanket or two underneath the fitted bottom sheet for a little extra insulation.

KM: This mattress is comfortable for an air mattress. I usually can’t stand sleeping on one, but this one is cozy. The only complaint we have is that the air leaks out and it’s not firm by the next morning. It’s squishy by the next day and needs more air. Personally, I like it a little squishy, but my husband prefers it firm and it does not hold air THAT tightly for that long. As long as you can add more air the next day, it’ll be fine and comfortable. Our family of four fits comfortably on this together with plenty of room when we want to all camp out downstairs watching movies. It’s a little heavy when folded up, but not too much to handle alone. I wish I knew how to make the air hold tighter for longer and I’d have no actual complaint then. It was on sale at the time, so it was less than others, but I still wish it would have been a little less given this complaint. All in all, I’d recommend it.

Mark Trahan: I purchased this air mattress/bed after reading all of the positive reviews and I'm glad that I did. All the positive points were accurate; inflated quickly, good quality,etc. And, despite the few negative reviews about it not holding air, I can only say that those people must have gotten a defective product because not only did mine hold air for at least a couple of months, I even had to let a little air out at one point.

Now...as for the warranty. The 2 year warranty is the primary reason that I'm writing this review so that potential purchasers will know that they are not lying.

After close to 3 months, though it had held air that entire time, all of a sudden it began losing air to the point that it became completely deflated within a few hours. Try as I might, I could not find a leak, so...I called them on the phone to let them know.

Not only were they gracious, they kept their word about the 2 year warranty and sent me a new mattress!

Over the years I've noticed that people will clamor to write a bad review if they are unhappy with a product or service, but if they're happy with the product they won't take the time to write...
