J: I enjoy that they added a sticker noting that it’s a 2:1 substitution ratio, no more sharpie on the lid for me!

KGB: If you follow the instructions, this product works. I’ve used it several times now in different types of recipes, including gluten free bread, and it does work well. So glad to have an alternative to baking soda / baking powder

Glen L. Peden: We use this for my low (no) sodium diet preferences. I was delighted to find them in stock in Canada versus having to order from some vitamin place in the USA. And prime shipping:)

Spencer Hardcastle: I use this for my husband who is only allowed to have a small amount of salt in his diet but loves homemade items. It work's as advertised, It is a little more expensive then normal baking powder but it is defiantly worth the extra little bit

wanda: This works pretty well in baked goods. I read a lot of reviews, here on Amazon and a few other websites, so I was expecting a difference in taste and texture. I was quick to put items in the oven, so that they would rise properly. Blueberry muffins were a bit dense, but not too bad. They seemed a little light in color, so I may try adding a bit more sugar to my recipe. I usually skimp on sugar, since I don't like things very sweet. The flavor was not too off, but I will definitely add more vanilla next time. I am thinking about whipping an egg white or two and folding them into the batter, for lightness. None of these changes are a problem, since the sodium free aspect it well worth the extra time.
I also made drop biscuits last night. They rose well and everyone enjoyed them.
I did not use any special recipes, just my own.
I will definitely purchase this again. My husband can now have his biscuits, even while watching salt intake. This is worth the cost and extra time!

Lacy B.: Need to use a lot of it, but love that it's sodium and potassium free, most low sodium baking sodas use a potassium compound which is no good for patients on dialysis, this works though. However it's not so great for things you cook on the stovetop such as pancakes, but for food that goes in the oven like muffins or bread it's fine.
