Melissa Eizenberg: The oven looks nice coming out of the box, but the numbers & written information around the dials is already rubbing off and I haven't even used the oven . Just wiping a soft cloth over the service removes the temperature and setting symbols. Also, you need to turn on the timer in order to turn on the light or oven. I could get used to that, but it seems awkward.

Justin Turner Tampa: First order was returned because glass was damaged. Second order arrived with large dents to the rear of the oven, but cosmetics hidden in cabinet so I chose to not deal with the hassle of returning again. Heat leaks out the top a good bit and the letters I assume will start melting off over time as previous reviews have mentioned. Very slow cooking than other wall units I have had. Overall, it looks decent and works ok but would not repeat the purchase. If you have the money invest in a better product.

Robert Janson: It's perfect for BBQ island, with a matching look to 24" high stainless steel doors. The oven's performance is good enough for what I needed, what is most important to me was that it has 0-240 minute timer to prevent leaving it on accidentally. Also, direct sunlight was a problem for reading some type of digital display on other ovens, but not this one. This oven should not be used outside, but I'm using in an enclosed, unheated space. It looks better than the advertised picture and you get what you pay for.

ILoveEzell: Food is cooked evenly and I have more control over cooking time. It takes a while. This oven is slow to heat up, so if you're in a hurry this oven may not be ideal.

Amazon Customer: Pros: oven arrived sooner than advertised, real nice looking machine, not real heavy, able to install by myself.
Cons: instructions are vague and sketchy at best, having to figure out different cooking options on my own. No instruction on how or where to hook electric cord to oven. You figure things out eventually but that information would be helpful to first timers. Otherwise so far a great oven.
