Eric A. HofmannEric A. Hofmann: Overall this fixture looks great and we would get it again. With that said I had one issue and suggestions to improve the light. First, two of the threaded pieces did not easily screw together at the top. I had to lubricate it and turn them carefully but forcefully with pliers to make sure they did not cross thread. Beyond this installation went ok but is much easier with 2 people.
Regarding the improvements: First, 60w lights with the clear covers can look very bright. I looked for frosted glass 3x6 covers but it looks like 3.5in is the standard size. However I finally found them by looking under candle glass covers. Here they are and they worked great. (The manufacturer should offer a version with frosted glass IMO.)

Otherwise I added a dimmer switch in the wall and it really helps in day vs night. I highly recommend this as well.

HayleyHayley: Light works and look great. No issue with the light it gives of either. People must be using low voltage bulbs, this has the capacity for 5 60 watt bulbs and produces ample of might for our dining room. Easy to install.

Curlyhead_jj: I really wanted to love this chandelier, but,
after numerous issues I think we may have to return it and cut our losses.

1) The light is easy to install for the most part, but, the provided bolts are so long, that the top mount included hardware cannot screw on tight enough to make the mount flush with the wall. Also, the instructions are useless, it’s just a bunch of pictures pointing to different elements of the light. So you have to do a lot of guess work to ensure you’re using the right parts, unless you’ve done this a few times. You will definitely need a ladder and/or two people to install the chandelier.

2) The poles that the light hangs from are really flimsy, they will strip if you over tighten and may be bent coming out of the box.

3) We also had the bulb housing completely come out, so either we try to replace the housing or send back the whole light - which would require us to take it down and repackage (a nightmare)

Overall, the light is beautiful, but needs some serious rethinking when it comes to how it’s engineered.

Amazon Customer: The only issue is the light doesn’t showing down in the middle of the table and the ends of the table so there’s a big shadow.

TFigueroa: This light is completely soild! I was worried it would be hollow and light weight. I've seen other at some big box stores and they were not nearly as noce as this. I was very weary about buying such a big item without looking at it first. It's so beautiful and has great craftsmanship. We add 30 watt LED bulbs so it gives off good light. My only complaint is that it does create shadowing in my dinning room because the lights are facing upwards and since there is a center bar it doesn't allow a ton of light to flow down. It does however give off a amount of light to the room in general. With that said it's beautiful and I'm still very happy with my purchase

AshleyBeeAshleyBee: This is a beautiful light fixture and is exactly what I needed for my space. It’s sleek rustic design adds a lot of light to the room. While it casts light more upwards, it still illuminates the entire room. Was easy to assemble however two of the screws for the ceiling plate were a little short so it required some tinkering to put the fixture up. Overall a great buy!
