Joseph Smith: I reviewed this before we purchased it and really didn’t think about it until I just saw this review pop up and I’m pleased to tell you that I haven’t smelled anything nasty since I started using it. Some of my clothes I had acquired the mildew smell for any number of reasons that they get it, and they contaminated other clothes as well. I am pleased to say that that’s all gone.

Escher: I had tried everything, many washes, lemon, vinegar soaks and fresh air, none worked. This took the musty smell out of a really cute cotton coat I bought on ebay. The coat was in excellent condition but must have been stored in a musty environment. I soaked it in the washer with the whole bottle and then ran it through a regular wash. Finally I can wear my coat! I would definitely use this again.

Canadianchick: My kid had an pee accident that went thru her duvet sheets and mattress cover, I washed everything at least 6 times with various “tricks” and detergents but the urine smell was still so strong. One was with this stuff and no smell at all!! It’s like a miracle!!! Love this stuff!! I do wish they sold it in a bigger bottle though! Highly recommended!!

Denise S.Denise S.: I bought some towels from Costco 2 years ago that had a mildew odor in them that we didn’t smell until after I washed them. Costco always takes stuff back but I forgot because I had placed them in a plastic bag (dry of course) and some kind of way that made it to the garage. Well I came across them and was determined to get this odor out. I’ve tried all kind of odor treatments/eliminators including baking soda and nothing. I decided it was the threads they used when making them and every time I’d wash them I’d say okay I’m taking them back and don’t. Well this was supposedly going to be my last try (like every other time) 🤷🏽‍♀️. I bought this product saying I’m sure this will be a waste as well. It’s been sitting my my laundry room for a few months. Well I decided where we go again 3 days ago and put them in the washing machine “1 last time,” read the instructions and it said I believe it was 2 capfuls well I decided I’m using the entire bottle in addition to soaking them an hour before the wash. Hani: Appears to work, very expensive, and definitely has a scent to it which usually comes out by the end of the wash.

It's only a 16oz bottle and you have to use 2oz's per wash, doesn't last long, and works out to be very expensive. Has no measuring cap, so have to use another measuring cup for this product to ensure I'm using the recommended 2oz's.

Can't find any other size options for this product, or better pricing. Not likely to continue using this.

martha breen: I have a cat who likes to relieve herself on our (slipcovered) furniture when she is stressed and this product is the first one I've tried that completely eliminates the odour. The trick is to pour it in the bottom of the washer (we have a front loading machine) before loading your laundry. Recommended.
