Plumber recommended! Superior customer service. Looks great, good price, good quality, happy purchase. The fixture and all components are all metal, coated brass. Easy to install. Always use silicone or plumber putty to adhere drain to sink. Throw out the included gasket for the top side. Pop up works well. Contacted the seller about an issue long after purchase (COVID delayed install) and the immediately responded, assisted and honored the warranty despite the time lag.

Overall this is a good value and it does look good when paired with the faucet (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B088BKNTC8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). That said I could not prevent it from leaking no matter how tight I tightened the drain stopper. The rubber gaskets look like they would work but water was still leaking on the underside of the sink out of the white/clear rubber gasket. Other reviewers seem to have same issue as well. All I had to do was add silicone to the gasket in the sink and then to the gasket on the underside and that stopped the leak. Everything is working now but just be aware you might need to do a little extra work to prevent leaking.

This arrived quickly, and it is nice and heavy--I was very pleased with the quality. Mostly, it was super easy to install. Just for reference, I have very little plumbing experience, limited to changing out two bathroom faucets after watching a 2 minute video online showing me how to do so. So if I can install this in just minutes, anyone can. The open/close/seal works great from the moment it is installed, unlike having to make adjustments to the pull-lever style stoppers. It looks great. I'm out of bathrooms to update, or I would buy it again!

I have 3 of these installed in sinks in my bathrooms. I purchased them because I also bought the KES faucets. I didn't realize that the top circle (stopper) was so large. I was used to little circles. This is really attractive, especially with the rest of the hardware that was installed. The stopper works great - very easy operation to pop it. It does not work with a stick-like handle behind the faucet - the only way to unstop the sink is to stick your hand in and push down on the stopper head. Looks great and works great.
