Amazon Customer: These are absoadorable, I bought them due to my cats throwing up alot and read that elevates bowls seem to help that. They haven't thrown up since using them (but that could be a fluke). they are a little small so with 4 cats I'm filling them up lots

Amazon Customer: I had metal bowls before and my cat's water got so hot in them. These are WONDERFUL! Now my cats can drink cool water instead of hot water! I'll use the metal ones in the winter because I sure don't want these to freeze and bust. But I will get these out to use 3 months of the year. I was worried that my cats might be afraid of the cat face that's painted on the inside of the bowl, but they are not. The metal frame that the bowls sit in is very stong. Thanks for making such a cute product. It makes my porch look nice sitting on it. 😸🐾❤️

Sven Schmidt: Die Höhe ist für meine frenchy Dame sehr gut und die Näpfe gefallen mir auch super. Einzige was besser sein könnte wären die Gummi Teile die dafür sorgen daß die Näpfe nicht aufs Metal knallen. Sind bei mir schon alle verloren gegangen, da muss man dann selbst was haltbares machen .

RC: I am changing my original review because this company really stands by their products!
I have bought 2 sets of these. The first one was great, the second had problems with black paint rubbing off. I posted a negative review here, and the company contacted me promptly and offered to send a new set (and toss the old one). They explained there had been an issue with a production run, but had since fixed things. Unfortunately, there are still some inferior sets out there. If you get one of these, please contact the company. They are so helpful!
Communication with the company was STELLAR. Every time I responded, they came back to me within 24 hours. I received my new set yesterday (which was less than a week after I posted that first review) and washed it right away. It's just as nice as the original. No paint coming off, cute as can be, perfect for my little buddy.

John SwainJohn Swain: I've had these bowls now for 11 months now (I have 3 cats so bought 3 sets as didn't want to be constantly washing up!) and have found them to be very fragile, regardless of how careful I am. They chip easily and the black varnish is coming off, leaving a wishy, washy flat colour around the sides. I hand wash and use the dishwasher on them, depending on the time of day I need them. Unfortunately, I now need to replace them with less fragile bowls, which is a shame as they are very cute.
