So I printed a mounting bracket and installed my BL-Touch type probe. Went ahead and flashed the modified firmware, to enable BL-Touch functionality. There is a text file, similar to a configuration file in Marlin. Actually, I believe that the machine uses a seriously stripped down version of in-house modified Marlin. This modification is not really ripe for the public. There is one thing that caught my attention. In fact, it does a 16 point probing prior to printing and at the end prompts to set the Z offset. Beware, after printing started do NOT move away from the Z offset screen. In my case, it stopped immediately the printing. If this is intended to be that way, at least the screen should be locked.
Furthermore, I had to adjust the level wheels during printing. It didn't appear that the previously measured auto level points had any affect. One side too close and the other side too high. Seemed to take only more time to get started, oh well. I have to research a little more, to get this straight in my head.

M Arnold: I followed this printer based on a few YouTuber videos rating this product. The test print that came on the SD card printed beautifully. The written instructions are subpar at best. The included setup video is the better option to follow. I had an issue with the printer "sputtering" but found that to be because I was using an abrasive filament that ruined the nozzle. Thankfully it came with a spare nozzle. one annoyance I have, and this may be for other printers as well, is loading the filament. Getting it into the bowden tube can be a pain and you have to rotate the filament around to get it to lineup properly to insert past he feeding motor. The bed leveling springs do the job, but I wish they were more powerful springs. Having a lock on the bed levelers would be a nice touch. One of the screws to hold the filament holder down was a broken screw so there is no allen key head to it, just rounded. My filament holder is holding up, but this should be sorted out at the factory. I did have to adjust the bed to remove the wobble but this is pointed out in the instructions. The blue sticker on the heated bed I had to remove because there was a gouge in it and the...

Michael WadsworthMichael Wadsworth: I tired to print this 3 or 4 times with the Ender 3 and I couldn't get half way without a mess up. I got this on the first try with the Neptune 2. A lot of people say this is a clone to the Ender 3 but it's not. I owned the Ender 3 and sent it back. Even the quality of the tools is better. They send you Allen wrenches with rounded tips, a cord to connect to your computer along with nippers, a putty knife, and a micro SD card(the latter 3 Ender 3 also gives you).
The touch screen is really nice although it has some lines across the screen for some reason but it still works perfectly and it runs so quietly I often can't hear it when I go in to check on the print. Ender 3 is louder and the angle the filament goes into the ender 3 is much sharper which probably makes the feeder work harder. The Neptune has a filament sensor that Ender 3 doesn't, automatically moves to the leveling points, and just seems more well made in general. The print quality is great, and again to the touch screen, it makes it much more user friendly for adjustments mid print. Highly recommend!
