Electric Coffee and Spice Grinder

A. Fogarty: I've had this for over a year now and use it grind chia seeds for omega-3s (you have to grind them to absorb the omega-3s generally.) My girlfriend uses it to grind coffee on occasion. It works very well and has been very reliable for such a cheap device. My only critique is that it's isn't waterproof or anything so I just wipe it out with a wet cloth and then dry it afterwards. Other than that it's really solid for the price.

HFHF: Not much to say other than I love this grinder, use it 2-3 times per week regularly and it has been great. Looks great, grinds well, fast and easy to use. I wipe out with a dry kitchen towel after use and it has been fine. Have dishwashed the top with no issues. Only annoyance is that the wire out the back doesn't always sit exactly flat but super happy with it for the price and it matches my other appliances

Manu: Amazing product! Aside from coffee I've used to grind other things like flaxseed, which can easily go wrong; however it got the job done in seconds and with impeccable results. My favourite part? It's not loud at all! I've used other grinders before which were noisy as hell; but this one runs so smooth I don't have to worry about waking up my roommate in the morning. Highly recommended!

Babs in Wisconsin: My old coffee grinder was getting dull, mostly just beating up the beans. So, I did some research, and liked the look and reviews of this one. It is very quiet compared to my old one, and it does a nice job of grinding the beans. It looks nice, and is easy to use. My only little complaint is there is no place to put the cord. With my old one, there was a groove at the base I could wrap the cord around. This one does not have that, so I have to tuck the cord aside when I put it back in the cupboard. But, to be fair, in reading many other coffee grinder descriptions, I'm not sure any of them do. It would be a nice feature.

Robert P.: This grinder was purchased for the sole purpose of grinding flax seeds, although it recommends that it be used only for coffee. ( I have a coffee grinder for coffee exclusively ). We've used it several times a week for the past month and it's working fine. Easy to use, easy to wipe clean. My only complaint (and it's minor) is that the electrical cord is stiff and the tiny space cut out for the cord to fit through at the base of the grinder is not as big as it could be, so the grinder doesn't sit flat on the counter. Hopefully as it gets older and more relaxed, the cord will become more flexible. Overall, very pleased and would recommend. (I spent a long time reading reviews and it seemed like a lot of the grinders got mixed reviews, but for the money, I took the chance on this one, and so far so good).
