Michaela Walker: I really liked this product, it squeezed me all in and definitely increased the sweat production but every time I took it off, it would leave me so itchy. Now this may not be the products fault, it could definitely be a me thing but the itchiness was a major turn off for the product oh and the out of package odor, I had to immediately throw it in the wash because it reeked of a chemical warehousy smell

victoria c.victoria c.: Okay, if you're looking for sizing info, i'll tell you but i'm not sure it'll help (it didn't help me because everyone is shaped differently so this will fit people in different ways, BUT here it is, I am 5'0 and 160-170lbs depending on the time of month, i have a mom belly, big hips, butt and boobs but my rib cage is pretty small. i purchased a large given the reviews, it FIT, as in it fit comfortably on the second to last tightest row of clips, the arm straps were big and lose and weird but i'm short and didn't notice once at the gym. and I SWEAT, A LOT. but i know that i have been losing weight at a decent rate so i gifted the large and bought myself the medium. The medium fits my arms perfectly, that back piece tummy control thingy, is SNUGGGG, not snug like a bug in a rug, but snug like a mini panic attack in the bathroom trying to get it off. I STILL LOVE IT THOUGH, i was nervous the sweat would make it hard to get off and it doesn't, its the fact that the medium is probably a tad too snug.. but i got it off by myself without hurting myself or crying so that's a win. I look forward to wearing it every cardio day and for it becoming easier to remove as i lose! BUY IT!

I am currently on day 2 of putting the Eleady waisted trainer corset to work. My first day, I wore it for about 5 hours of just regular movement and housework.
Day 2, I started the day with the waist trainer and am currently getting more chores done. Honestly, I do not workout on a regular basis but when I do work out cardio is not my favorite. But with the focused purpose of this product, I feel low impact movement still help create sweat.
***Disclaimer*** I am not a health professional nor in the field of health. But in my own experience, in order for myself to break a sweat liquid intake is a must. My preference H2O.
The fit of the product is as expected for me, it is not too tight, nor too loose. I do have my corset as shown on my photo, set to the very last hooks. So I feel that I probably should have went with the small, i ordered and received a size medium. I am 5’4 and currently weighing in at 165 lbs. I have given birth to 4 beautiful children and I felt after the last baby, it is time for mommy to get her figure back.

I'm 5-8 I weigh a hundred and ninety-five pounds and I ordered a medium based on the sizing chart and I am on the last class of the vest so I'm going to return it today and order a new one to be delivered to me tomorrow. I really feel that the interior band pulls in your stomach about an additional 3 to 4 inches so by the time you actually have to clasp the four rows of brackets the size is no longer accurate so I would highly suggest ordering down a size or reaching out to the representatives of the company and seeing what size would fit you best.
