Kay Sabala: Set is very attractive and I feel pattern is unique. It is packed very well for shipping, with cardboard in between each plate and/or cup but even with all that protection, there was one plate broken. I reached out to customer service, through Amazon "report a Problem" and the vendor responded via e-mail within in 30 minutes and I received replacement plate in less that 4 days of reporting.
Very happy with this purchase at such a great price.

30:day warranty extended to a full year after registration. So I guess I'll be getting a free replacement Cup.
