Dave newtonDave newton: Well the first set we ordered came and the dishes inside where smashed , they sent out a replacement and when we got it I was worried the side of the box was covered in holes like a robot picker fingers poked holes! (Just a guess box in photos). But to my surprise when we opened it all dishes are in good shape except for one that had a tiny tiny defect on the bottom. So the wife and myself are super happy! And love them. Will update after a few months on how they hold up after being used everyday

L TayL Tay: I actually bought both sets of plates: the wolf and the elk. I bought the wolf first, and loved it so much that I bought the elk as an addition to complement it. The bowls are identical for both sets, but the plates and cups each have their own design. They go very well together.

The dishes were packed *very* well. Both sets arrived with no damage at all, which had me very impressed. In fact, I want to talk about the packaging a bit, because it's rare that I see such efficiency and care: the dishes are packaged together in a stacked formation, separated by small cardboard inserts, and each type of dish is contained within a small cardboard box that's the perfect size for a snug fit. These smaller boxes are arranged together inside a single large box so that they form a perfect fit. This means there's no sliding around or jostling during transit. It's clear Elama has mastered packaging its dishes down to an art form.

Jessica: Love the quality of these dishes. They are beautiful. One dish was chipped during shipping and customer care was absolutely amazing to deal with had a replacement in just a few days. Highly recommend this company and this set. Can't wait to order a second set.
