JC: These dishes are great for everyday use. Both dishwasher and microwave safe. They pattern lovely and makes it more than casual. Customer service at Elama is excellent. There were a couple of chipped pieces and they sent replacement within one week.

Cats&Roses: I have ordered three sets of these dishes and love the old fashioned looks of them. The dishes are well packed, but a bowl in one set was broken on arrival. I emailed the Elama customer service team and they sent a replacement bowl. I have washed them in the dishwasher and used them in the microwave with no damage to the appearance. All in all, I have been very pleased with this purchase.

Karen: This set is beautiful! Even the food I eat looks better, lol. I washed the entire set in the dishwasher first (with a dry heating feature) and nothing broke. Scratch resistant so far. The words dishwasher safe and microwave safe are imprinted on the bottom of the mugs and other pieces. I won't be using these in the microwave so I can't comment on that. However, they certainly withstood the dishwasher. These are the most visually appealing dishes I have ever owned!
