Lady: I got the 55x55x55. It's not as sturdy as I'd like but honestly it's just fine. You zip tie together all the joints so no worries I guess. It was SUPER hard to put together for my dainty little hands. A man would probably do just fine or if you have good hand strength. I got it up though and it looks pretty good! The shelves arrived a whole day later than the cage part lol my cats like it alot! I put a sheet up on one side so it's very private for them, happy cats. The shelves are just as sturdy as the cage itself as long as you support them like you're supposed to.

JJ: This is a rewrite of an earlier review I left for this item. As you can read below, I had some issues which the seller solved adequately. Due to the recent experience, I felt a rewrite was in order.

With two new, young, hyperactive, and very curious kittens in the house, my wife and I figured it would be a good idea to get an indoor catio for the nights and the rare moment that nobody would be home to watch them. It would keep them out of trouble, and provide us with peace of mind.

We got the 54L x 41W x 69H catio and it seems to fit our needs. Building it was really easy, especially when you watch one of the videos. I'm not sure about some other reviewers that experienced difficulties building this cage, but I really didn't have any problem putting it together. You just need to take your time. While I was initially not impressed if the sturdiness of the separate parts, once it was put together, the cage became very sturdy. I truly do not see how it could fall apart like someone else said happened, especially not if zip ties were used at every single corner and connection.

Janine Shelton: I needed something to keep my new kitten contained when I couldn't keep an eye on him and this does the trick. My only complaints are 1- that the instructions are confusing. I started building it as it said, but then one panel didn't fit right so I thought I would watch the video it gives you a QR code link for. That video showed it being out together a totally different way, so I got it most of the way built before I realized I had done it wrong and the panels I put on the bottom were actually the roof. Very bad video.

2. You only have 2 access doors, so if you need to clean the thing anywhere other than where those doors are.. good luck. You can't reach inside it very far.

Other than that it serves its purpose until my kitten is old enough to be trusted loose in the house.

Bachick: This item came in a timely manner and arrived in multiple boxes. There were a few parts missing and some damage to a couple panels. It looks like the box may have been dropped or miss handled slightly. I contacted the seller who responded promptly in a helpful courteous manner and worked with me to identify the missing /damaged pieces. They quickly sent out replacement parts and even a few extra clips.
The product itself was very easy to assemble. It is stable and gives my cat the opportunity to go outside on the porch safely. While it is secure to contain the cats it is not durable enough to withstand predators which is as expected. Customer service here was exceptional and give them six stars based on that alone.
