Jax Sage: Have another brand and/or earlier version of this "Stretcher" that has thinner and shorter velcro straps and only one tube connection to the Stretcher for inflation. Using this Stretcher is much easier to use and more evenly stretches the neck, front to back. It does relieve neck discomfort.

Morgan and Helen: Bought this as I’ve been having neck pain for at least a year and I’m training to be a Dental Hygienist. Not the best combo. I’m only able to wear it for 10-15 minutes at a time, as it’s very restrictive. You can basically only look straight ahead at eye level, while you have it inflated. It does give you the sensation like you might choke, but it’s not actually choking you. I don’t think it matters what product you buy, anything that inflates around your neck will likely give you this sensation, so I can’t down it for that. It does relieve my neck pain and tension so far and hopefully this benefit continues! I believe the science is that it kind of gently stretches your spine, taking pressure off the disc and allowing more fluid to flow into the discs, and in turn relieving pain. I suppose if you have a pinched nerve it could work the same way. It has a very soft and velvety texture that doesn’t irritate your skin. It has very adequate pressure and in fact I haven’t been brave enough to inflate it past a certain level, and since it’s providing relief there is no reason to. Jean O'Reilly: I suffered a whiplash injury in July of 2022 that resulted in arm and hand numbness due to the pinched nerves radiating from my neck. Months of physical therapy helped improve my range of motion. but the only thing that relieved the numbness was cervical traction. As daily visits to physical therapy to receive this treatment was neither practical nor affordable, I went online and found this product. WOW!!! Relief at last!!!

This inflatable cervical collar is a blessing. It is soft, comfortable, and super easy to put on and take off - so much easier to use than the portable traction device used in physical therapy, and much more comfortable - no getting down and up from the floor to use it either. I can use it sitting in a chair to read or watch TV, or even around the house while cooking or doing chores. The inflation mechanism works perfectly, and I have experienced no air leakage. I use the collar several times a day for 20 minutes or so, and the numbness I've experienced for the last 14 months has been greatly reduced. A big "thank you" to whoever invented this device.
