Eddie Bauer Women's CirrusLite 2.0 Down Parka - Lightweight and Warm Winter Coat

Avid Reader: Fit is pretty decent and flattering. Unlike Lands End’s products, this has a more feminine shape with room in the bust. Zipper pockets,front zipper goes both ways. Fabric behind zipper to keep out the wind. Covers your behind, which is why I purchased it. Good down to about 45F. Can fit a sweater or sweatshirt underneath for a layer without looking too bulky. The only thing I didn’t like is that when you wear it, the ends of the seams at the wrist poke you. I am going to just put a few stitches in to hold the seam flat and that should take care of it.

Monica YMonica Y: Bought this coat after reading the reviews.
I am very disappointed.
1) It arrived in an unmarked and sealed plastic bag that was slightly torn in one area. This was placed in a parcel envelope.
2) The upper zip of the coat has a strange string attached to it instead of a normal zipper tag. Please see photo.
3) I can see feathers already coming out of the coat. Please see photos.
4) Lastly, and worst of all, there is a bad smell at the back of the coat, under the hood. It smells like vomit. I did not try washing the coat because I want to return it.

The coat is thinner than expected but if it were not for points 2 to 4 above, I would not be asking for a return and refund.
