A.T.: When we had a power outage, our unit quit working. Had it less than a year. Amy in customer service was great, responded quickly and the company is replacing the unit with no shipping charge. They even arranged it to arrive after I return home from a trip. Will update after it’s installed.

Veronica Baba: However this cooktop comes without a plug. You will need a 220 plug installed by an electrician or someone who knows what they are doing. I couldn’t just plug it in from the box. I also suggest do not glue to countertop. This way you can frequently lift and clean.

Iris Knapp: It's taken me a while to learn how to use it. The instructions are as clear as mud. But it works well.
The only reason for the four stars is that the burners don't get hot enough. This is my only stove and if I want to sear a steak or brown some fish it doesn't quite cut it
